Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

This is compression of the median nerve in the wrist and causes pain in the thumb and fingers. It can be treated non surcically using stretching techniques and splints and exercises.

Tennis elbow, Golf elbow tendonitis.

These problems of the muscle tendons can be treated using soft tissue stretching, intramuscular stimulation ice and hydrotherapy.

Myofascial Pain Syndrome

Myofascial pain is usually associated with muscle spasm and is most often seen in the regions of the neck or low back. This can be helped by massage, exercises, acupuncture, and manipulation.
