Jaime-Leigh Lichfield-Preval trained for 5 years at University College of Osteopathy for her Masters Degree in Osteopathy. She has recently joined the South Woodford Body Balance Osteopathy team to offer Saturday appointments.

She retrained from a career in the city and has 2 small children to keep her on her toes, so she understands the challenges of managing pain and recovery around a busy lifestyle!

Ms Litchfield-Preval specialises in treating musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, joint issues, and sports injuries.

Jamie-Leigh employs a range of osteopathic techniques, including:
