Jaime-Leigh Litchfield-Preval M.Ost

Jaime-Leigh Lichfield-Preval trained for 5 years at University College of Osteopathy for her Masters Degree in Osteopathy. She has recently moved from the South Woodford team to the Hornchurch Body Balance Osteopathy team to offer Thursday and Saturday appointments.

She retrained from a career in the city and has 2 small children to keep her on her toes, so she understands the challenges of managing pain and recovery around a busy lifestyle!

Ms Litchfield-Preval specialises in treating musculoskeletal conditions, including back pain, joint issues, and sports injuries.

Jaime-Leigh is also a Qualified Specialist Paediatric Osteopath after passing the intensive training at the Health Services University in London.

Jamie-Leigh employs a range of osteopathic techniques, including:

• Cranial osteopathy

• Soft tissue manipulation
